Fanning Realty was founded in 2009 by Holly and Bill Fanning.
Holly Fanning has a B.S. in Business and has been a Top Producer from 2004 to date. She Is ranked as Houston's Top Real Estate Agent, Top Katy Agent. She has been featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine and holds numerous Real Estate Designations, including ABR, ALHS, CHMS, CRS, GRI and MRP Holly is also a HAR Platinum Agent. Holly has helped more than 1,000 Houston area families sell their homes.
Bill Fanning retired from the US Marines after 21 years of service to our country, and went on to pursue a career in Real Estate. Bill has been a V.P. of Sales and Marketing and a CEO and President of a home building company prior to entering the Real Estate Market. Bill brings valuable construction and real estate knowledge to every client he meets.
